We are thrilled to share the joy of reaching a significant milestone – two decades of successful real estate services in the beautiful Orihuela Costa. To mark this remarkable achievement, we recently hosted an unforgettable Grand 20th Anniversary Party at our centrally located offices in La Zenia.

The event brought together over 50 friends, past customers, and esteemed individuals from local charities we proudly support. It was a testament to our two decades of excellence in the Costa Blanca real estate industry and a chance to express gratitude to those who have supported us throughout our journey.

Our guest list comprised longstanding friends, loyal customers, and representatives from Help at Home Costa Blanca and Little Pod Association charities. At Inmo Investments, we are deeply committed to local engagement and giving back to our community. Therefore, including representatives from these charities allowed us to highlight the vital services they provide in Orihuela Costa and raise much-needed funds for their respective causes.

The evening began with a warm welcome from our founders, Alexander and Denisse, who expressed their heartfelt gratitude to everyone present. Denisse organized a lavish spread of party food, canapés, and sandwiches, complemented by a diverse selection of fine wines, beers, and refreshing soft drinks.

One of the highlights of the evening was the awards ceremony, where Alexander recognized and honoured the hard work and dedication of our team. Awards were presented in various categories unique to our industry, acknowledging excellence in customer service, marketing innovation, and sales successes.

The ceremony underscored our collective commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement. Live music added a delightful touch to the celebration, featuring outstanding vocal performances from our talented team members and a personalized acoustic guitar performance from our friend and client, David.

The centrepiece of the party was a Grand Charity Raffle to raise funds for two vital local charities. Prizes included a personal skincare gift bag from Rituals Cosmetics, a luxury spa day and buffet at the Thalasia Hotel in San Pedro del Pinatar, and one week of car hire completely free of charge, courtesy of Tate House Holiday Rentals in San Miguel de Salinas.

The fabulous prizes also included a first prize travel voucher from our good neighbours, Worldwide Horizons Travel Agency in La Zenia, worth a cool 200€. The event served as a platform for expressing our gratitude, celebrating our achievements, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service for many more years to come.

Looking back on our Grand 20th Anniversary Party, we consider it one of the most memorable events in our company’s history. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to celebrate with us, with special appreciation for the representatives of the charities who spent the evening with us. Thanks to the generous contributions from our guests, we raised 250€ for Help at Home Costa Blanca and the Little Pod Association animal charity.

As we eagerly anticipate the next 20 years, this event stands as a testament to our continued dedication to serving both our customers and the Orihuela Costa community.
