OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER service is something we strive to achieve every day, but any business needs to have a sure footing within its community. That’s the motivation behind our latest decision to sponsor a local football team in Orihuela Costa.
As a company, it’s important to make a personal connection with the people, businesses, and other organisations within our culturally diverse past of Spain, and with the FIFA World Cup underway in Qatar, we felt that sponsoring a local football team was just perfectly timed.
So we reached out to R.O.C Bassus CF “Amigos en España”, a local team in La Zenia that competes in the Alicante Veterans Soccer League (LFVA), and the first German football club established on the Costa Blanca.
R.O.C Bassus CF is a committed, dedicated, and goal-oriented team (just like us). The players train at the Orihuela Costa Municipal Sports Centre in Playa Flamenca, and regularly welcome opposing teams for home games during the annual football season.
They face tough competition from sixteen other rival league teams representing other local towns such as Monovar, Catral, Orihuela, Albatera, San Bartolome, and Guardamar del Segura.
R.O.C Bassus CF has enjoyed a successful year so far, standing in 3rd place towards the top of the league table on equal points with Lo Coca Aspense, and two points behind league leaders, Veteranos Torrevieja CF.
