I am delighted to announce an important new chapter for Inmo Investments. After many successful years helping property buyers and sellers from our established offices in La Zenia, I am proud to be opening our third office at the renowned Villamartin Plaza in Orihuela Costa.
For me, this expansion represents much more than simply opening another office. It marks an important milestone for a company I founded in 2009, and reflects the continued growth of Inmo Investments and our commitment to providing a genuinely personal, professional estate agency service throughout Orihuela Costa and the wider Costa Blanca South.
I have worked in the Spanish property market since 2003, and during that time I have seen Orihuela Costa develop into one of the most important international residential property markets in this part of Spain. Over the years, my team and I have helped clients from across Europe and further afield buy and sell homes here, and Villamartin has always played an important part in that story.
Villamartin remains one of the most popular residential and holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca, with its established international community, excellent golf course, busy social scene, mature residential developments and convenient position close to the beaches of Orihuela Costa. Opening an office here feels like a natural next step for Inmo Investments.
Bringing Inmo Investments closer to Villamartin
One of the things I have always believed is that a successful estate agency needs to be part of the community it serves. Having a permanent presence within Villamartin Plaza puts us closer to local homeowners, property buyers, businesses and the people who live and work in the area every day.
Our new office will allow my team and me to provide an even more accessible service to homeowners considering selling their property, while giving buyers another convenient place to visit us, discuss what they are looking for and benefit from our knowledge of the local property market.
It will also make a practical difference to the way we work. Being based in Villamartin means we can respond more quickly to local enquiries, organise property viewings more efficiently and maintain even closer relationships with homeowners throughout Villamartin, Los Dolses, Las Ramblas, Campoamor Golf, Blue Lagoon, El Galán and the surrounding residential areas.
For property owners, I believe that local presence matters. Our Villamartin office will give the properties we represent greater local visibility while creating more opportunities for sellers to connect with the international buyers who contact us every day looking for homes throughout Orihuela Costa.
More than another estate agency office
For buyers, the new office offers another place to meet our multilingual team face-to-face. Buying a home in another country can seem complicated, particularly for first-time buyers in Spain, and I have always wanted Inmo Investments to be somewhere people can come for straightforward advice and knowledgeable local guidance.
I have been fortunate to build a talented international team over the years, and our ability to communicate with clients in their own language has become an important part of the service we provide. Combining that international outlook with genuine local knowledge is something I believe sets Inmo Investments apart.
This expansion is therefore not simply an investment in another location. For me, it is an investment in the future of Inmo Investments and in the communities we serve. Villamartin Plaza has been at the heart of the local international community for decades, and I am very pleased that Inmo Investments will now become part of it too.
I look forward to welcoming existing clients, familiar faces and plenty of new ones when we open our Villamartin office on Wednesday 9th September 2026. Most importantly, I look forward to continuing what I set out to do when I founded Inmo Investments: helping people buy and sell property with confidence, professionalism, and personal service throughout Orihuela Costa.
